Mark your calendars for Wilson Crew's biggest event of the year, where we raise critical funds that help support the Wilson Crew Team. This year's Crew Bash will take place at Wilson High School-home of the Tigers! The atrium will be transformed with a regatta theme--So get ready to celebrate another great year of Wilson Crew with rowers, coaches, alumni, and families.

New to Wilson Crew and to the Bash? Here’s what you need to know: The Bash raises critical funds to support our crew squads and allows us to pay the salaries of coaches, purchase new boats and equipment, and participate in local and out-of-town regattas. Our budget and the success of the Crew team depends on your generosity!
SILENT AUCTION: The silent auction will have a wide variety of items up for bid, ranging from entertainment and restaurant gift certificates to spa services, merchandise, family getaways, sign-up parties, and much more. We are currently soliciting items, so please contact the Bash Chair with any donations or ideas. The expectation is that every family and rower will donate and/or solicit at least one item. The Silent Auction this year will be online, using 501 Auctions' software platform. The Online Silent Auction will be open from Thursday, March 1, to March 10 (Bidding on select items will remain open until the night of the event). Bidders can access the catalog and place a bid from any computer or internet-connected mobile device, anywhere, anytime!
EVENT TICKETS: Tickets for the actual Crew Bash event, on Saturday, March 10, will be available for purchase on the Crew Bash website beginning on January 15, 2018.
EVENT SPONSORSHIPS: There are numerous opportunities to support the Crew Bash by becoming a sponsor. You and/or your business can become a sponsor and have your name or company logo featured on the Crew Bash website and on event promotional materials. To become a sponsor, click on the "Sponsor this Event" link under the Homepage menu or contact the Bash Chair.
"Raise-Your-Oar " for the CAPITAL CAMPAIGN: Each year the Crew coaches identify needs to replace boats, oars, and training equipment. During the Live Auction at the Bash, raise your paddle or "raise your oar" to help fund an item. If you can't make the Crew Bash, you can still support Wilson Crew by making a 100% tax-deductible donation to the Capital Campaign by clicking on the "Raise your Oar for the Capital Campaign" link under the Homepage menu.
SIGN-UP PARTIES: New to the Crew Bash, sign-up parties are very popular events that are hosted by Crew parents with varying themes. Once the online auction begins, simply purchase a spot to attend these fun gatherings and mingle with your fellow parents in a festive environment. You can also offer to host a sign-up party on your own or with a group of friends. Please contact the Bash Committee Chair if you'd like to participate but need inspiration.
