About your host:
Patricia Brady is a social and cultural historian with a Ph.D. in history from Tulane University. She served as director of publications at the Historic New Orleans Collection for 20 years and is a longtime member of the Board of Directors for the TWFest. Her books include Martha Washington: An American Life, A Being So Gentle: The Frontier Love Story of Rachel and Andrew Jackson, George Washington’s Beautiful Nelly,
and Nelly Custis Lewis’s Housekeeping Book.
