Imagine your daughter, your sister, your granddaughter living with the symptoms of autism, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, and scoliosis all at once. Imagine that she developed normally as a happy little girl until she was two years old. Then, suddenly, she stops. She loses the ability to balance, to use her hands and to speak. Imagine this bright, beautiful little girl that you love becomes trapped in a body that no longer cooperates. 350,000 girls and women live this tragedy. This is Rett Syndrome.

In early 2017 the Rett Syndrome Research Trust announced a bold three-year, $33 million strategic research plan called Roadmap to a Cure. The plan prioritizes the approaches that could make Rett the first neurological disorder that can be cured. This is scientific and medical history in the making. Your support is urgently needed to help RSRT carry out Roadmap to a Cure and profoundly change the lives of those who struggle with Rett Syndrome. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
