Steve has been teaching and making simple farmer's cheese around the St. Louis area for the last 5 years. He will come to your home with all the necessary equipment to make a simple farmers cheese in 1 hour using just grocery store milk, vinegar and salt. As this style of cheese needs 24 hours of draining he will also bring cheese made a few days earlier that have been seasoned with herbs and spices to show the varieties of cheese this simple method can produce. Steve is available most evenings and weekends to teach this class. You can invite up to 10 family and friends to join in.
