Host a wild fermentation party at your place or mine! Offered by experienced fermentista Rachel Levi. Rachel will share samples of fermented dishes like homemade kimchi, greek yogurt, and sourdough bread, and lead a hands-on kraut-making demo. You will take home your batch of sauerkraut, and each guest will receive a few sample cultures.
his certificate is limited to five individuals and can be redeemed anytime between 01/02/2018 and 10/01/18. The location of the party must be within 30 miles of St. Louis city, or can be held at my home in South St. Louis City. Please contact Rachel with at least two months notice of when you would like to host the party, to have time to build up the cultures you are most interested in.
